At SVS Vision, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
